2010-10-18 22:24:00 | Try changing to one of Telecoms other DNS servers - they have several. I (rarely) have found in some cases, some work better than others

2010-10-18 22:31:00 | LOL, ping resolves, but cant get to the site, doh! What IP do they both resolve to? Try changing to one of Telecoms other DNS servers - they have several. I (rarely) have found in some cases, some work better than others I could, but it's not just me that's affected. At work here for example we have our DNS servers use Telecoms, which means there's a few hundred staff here affected by it. Better to get Telecom to fix their problem, than for me to try and apply a short-term bandaid fix ;)

2010-10-18 23:06:00 | i got this 173.234.8.173 for www.cyanogenmod.com and 'ping request could not find host www.opswat.com. Please check the name and try again" i tried the link for the second site and it comes up with a "problem loading page error".

2010-10-18 23:22:00 | Yay the CM site is working :D Don't really care about the second, was looking up a product, though I do care that the DNS isn't quite 100%...

2010-10-18 23:23:00 | This is interesting. I have a site that is with Telecom and I cannot access adobe.com. I thought it may have been a filtering issue on the IPCop box but nothing is logged and not having issue with other websites. Using Telecoms DNS. I be interested in your findings.
