The game was inspired by Dungeons and Dragons so there are a lot of similarities. Wizards of the Coast (who created Magic) bought the company that created D&D & kept both products alive. The Magic books are similar to the D&D books, but D&D attracts better known authors & stand on their own merits as fantasy novels. Magic books seem to be more targeted at magic players so wouldn't be as interesting to anyone who doesn't play the game. www.wizards.com www.wizards.com |
