| 1146188 | 2010-10-19 23:57:00 | This morning I got up to find that I have no internet connection.:( I've done the usual checks - turning off modem for the usual length of time. Turned machine off/on. I notice the Belkin wireless thingy (!) (separate from the Telecom modem) has an orange light that should be green... My next move (if things haven't returned to normal by the time I get home)? Perhaps reinstall the Belkin box? Other suggestions?? Ta, as usual. :) |

| 1146190 | 2010-10-20 00:23:00 | Step by Step. Remove the wireless part. Still no net? Do a diagnostics in your modem and see what it says - can usually tell if it's you or them. |
