| 1146668 | 2010-10-20 22:41:00 | Purchased 2 Family Packs (from Noel Lemming) to upgrade 4 PCs from Vista to W7 for a seniors computing group. Three of the installs went fine but the 4th one says it is an invalid product key. Has anyone a phone/email address to contact MS NZ tried their web site but gave up!! Thanks |

If so, the installer treats it as a "Full" install not an upgrade install and what it is realyl saying is "Your product key is the wrong type for this type of install" | inphinity (7274) | ||
