| 874822 | 2010-04-10 06:00:00 | I rang them up and it was fixed ... but it was interesting: The last day of March I asked for a ISP transfer but .. They somehow put me on the Fusion plan and got me to pay full price for the "whole month" month while my Telecom handset was still working, I don't have any VOIP routers or handsets and my BB speed at the time was only 256k as tested while they thought I should of been on the Fusion plan :confused: |
