In my opinion, what darkstar09 did was worse than the tagger. He easily could have had someone killed. Very easily. But he didn't. So we say boys will be boys, tomorrow when he does it again, and some driver freaks out loses control and runs over a kid we'll all be angry. Can't justify it, one way or another. Then again taggers are criminal scum and not very intelligent so if their mate died out tagging they would be out again the next night. I think throwing a water bomb at a car is not a biggie I have had kids throw them at me before just thought kids just wanta have fun.	prefect (6291)

He should be locked up behind bars for many, many more years. Another example of your youthful brashness and lack of maturity DS. The odds are far higher that a person of your age and demographic will kill somebody (whether by murder or accident) than this man. He would have been well aware that the youths he chased would almost certainly be carrying knives, just as I know that the youths that tag a walkway near my property enroute from their normal locale to the nearest shopping centre with a Mall, Mcdonalds and KFC are probably carrying weapons, or tools capable of being used as weapons. They have made two attempts to steal one of our cars from outside our property, we've had stolen cars dumped outside, I found a cigarette butt at the back of my house one morning, and that's just the forays that I know of. Their intent is clear, our street leads nowhere useful, it is no exit. If I ever have to go outside in the night to investigate unwanted activity I'll be carrying a baseball bat, and I know I'll probably only get one chance to swing it so if I can't get a kneecap, I'll be aiming for a head and I'll take the consequences as they fall. 875107	2010-04-18 23:32:00	I take a machete when I investigate noises at night. Cant think of anything dumber than going outside with just a torch, its asking for an assault with bells on. Cant realistically ring the police if I just hear people whispering or people walking around outside. USA has it sorted you just legally start filling the crooks with bullets until they stop moving.	prefect (6291)
