| 876315 | 2010-04-14 05:03:00 | i recently purchased/ordered a inspiron 15 from the dell website on the 15th of march and made the payment they have a 7 step tracking system in place, i checked it today ( the 14th of april) and it now says delivered :( i have not recieved anything from them the "estimated" delivery date was the 1st of april...i guess im the fool. what to do? HELP! Sounds like a delivery stuff up? Credit card chargeback if Dell won't help? Dell however I have found is quite good at handling those sorts of problems, they just have a stupid system where they have to phone you back for any question you have, so you are best to email them. |

I suspect when they say delivered they mean NZ, mine, and a friends, arrived the day after. Altho to me delivered means I have signed it off the courier Best of luck |
