| 876322 | 2010-04-14 04:42:00 | Guess I'm finding out about the jobscene. Got rung for an intervioew tomorrow. Got rung about another, shortlisted, waiting on that. So, I'm here. Fly back Saturday so we can both drive up and stay. Have to leave the house to sell by itself, and all our stuff. Currently at sons pigsty, he's not too impressed. Oh and nothings changed, traffic sucks, noise, heat, humidity, nasty little sections........ |

As a born and bred South Islander from the boondocks of North West Nelson, I suggest you stay in your beloved Southland. I came here for the work and I unashamedly love West Auckland and its car culture/heavy drinking people. Learnt to put up with a few minor hassles like the rain in Winter. |

Personally I'd skip the hellhole and just head across the ditch. Aussies might be a bit full of themselves but are much preferable to your standard issue ****. |
