| 876672 | 2010-04-15 21:31:00 | wat. How does one get obese any other way than energy input > energy output? Wrong. I know of skinny people who eat like a horse and don't put on any weight and fat people who eat bugger all and are fat. It has alot to do with peoples metabolism. :) |

I have long thought obesity was an infectious issue. It isn't by any means a new idea, I clearly remember my Latin teacher remarking on several occasions that I was likely to catch a thick ear. |

It has alot to do with peoples metabolism. :) You didn't answer my question anyway. You said you know fat people who eat bugger all and are fat. How does that mean that their energy output is exceeding their energy input? They need to eat less and exercise more. |

| 876678 | 2010-04-17 08:30:00 | If fatties use up calories faster than they stuff them in they must lose weight. People convert food to work at different rates but please dont tell me obese people are eating less than the recommended calories, imo they are snacking or sneaking food just like a smoker tries to sneak a smoke. Although not an expert in anyway I have come to this conclusion by looking at pictures of jap pows. Nixon did not set a good example as a police commissioner by being over weight. I expect as a taxpayer that the police and nz military people be fit as buck rats. |

With the pay packet and status of her position goes the responsibility to stay at ones post and take command - simple as that. She chose not to, thereby proving she was not suitable for the job she was being paid for - end of story |

Oh, he was on some flight to meet with the Irish prime minister or president (can't remember), they landed in Ireland refuled, and took off back to Moscow. They said he had a heart attack, but he was too drunk to be able to walk out of the plane... (This happened when he was on the way to a UN meeting too, I think) He also relayed how Boris Yeltsin's late-night drinking during a visit to Washington in 1995 nearly created an international incident. The Russian president was staying at Blair House, the government guest quarters. Late at night, Clinton told Branch, Secret Service agents found Yeltsin clad only in his underwear, standing alone on Pennsylvania Avenue and trying to hail a cab. He wanted a pizza, he told them, his words slurring. The next night, Yeltsin eluded security forces again when he climbed down back stairs to the Blair House basement. A building guard took Yeltsin for a drunken intruder until Russian and U.S. agents arrived on the scene and rescued him. |
