| 1148134 | 2010-10-27 10:25:00 | what would cause this i was fixing a friends laptop when it was plugged into the wall it worked fine as soon as unplugged it lost power straight away so i presumed it was faulty battery i checked the connections etc but seemed fine so got a price for one but lucky i didn't go ahead and purchase it because i had to do a fresh install of windows 7 64 ultimate once i finished install i checked the battery again and it was working fine what would cause this ??? |

| 1148135 | 2010-10-27 22:03:00 | May have been a fault with windows' battery meter, possibly caused by a virus, the battery would've been full but the fault caused windows to think that it was empty, shutting it down when it reached a low % thats my guess. | jareemon (5207) | ||
