| 1148053 | 2010-10-27 01:44:00 | OK, we have the basic Skype video thing licked now (thanks to Rumpty for being the guinea pig :thumbs: ) and daughter has logged on to one of her music teachers for a lesson in video interview technique so she is set to go. Having claimed back my computer, I tidied up the leads and shifted the camera to a rear USB socket instead of the front, and on testing to make sure all was well I noticed that there is a visible lag between any action on camera and its appearance on screen. It is about 200-250mSec at a guess, certainly enough to be very noticeable. Is this typical behaviour? Cheers Billy 8-{) :illogical |
