Hi, is it possible to make the mobile phone so it rings longer before it gets to voice mail?

Yup. Your Help Desk will be able to lengthen that for you. I used to have problems with both Telecom and Vodafone going to voicemail before I could answer - and then I had to pay to access Voicemail. Watch it as from time to time the system will reset itself, and you'll go back to what it was. |

Vodafone won't change this for prepay phones - found that one out the hard way. They got my $1 'customer service' charge, and I got serviced :groan:. |

I ended up having my voicemail removed. It was just plain annoying to pay $$$ just to hear someone hanging up. If someone wants to get hold of me they can send me a text or call me later. |
