1148673 2010-10-29 21:31:00 I used to start computer, then it would give me to option of choosing Vista or Win 7, using arrow buttons.

Now I have lost that facility, when I use arrow key there is no response on screen, one would think keyboard is at fault, but it works when Win 7 logs on,on auto.

Can't access VISTA at all now?

You will realise I had it on dual boot!

1148674 2010-10-29 21:40:00 Nothings been changed in the BIOS I guess it's a USB keyboard? gary67 (56)
1148675 2010-10-29 22:05:00 When you first boot, does it still show Both OS's ?

What you may have to do, is boot the PC using a PS2 keyboard, log into the BIOS and locate the option to enable/disable USB keyboard support. It may have somehow been disabled.

1148682 2010-10-30 03:25:00 I had a regular customer like that (still got the customer) - Wireless keyboard always played up, needed a wired one to fix it and no problems for a while.

Damn - Sold her a Wired one, that was a regular job every 2-3 months :D
