| 1150162 | 2010-11-03 21:12:00 | Such a small but annoying thing with a signature on emails. If you set up your signature and have your email address, fax etc etc listed below your name, one would like it in a nice even line, under each other, like using TAB. You cant use TAB in signatures. I tried setting up my signature in Word with TAB then cut and paste it to the signature. Works to look at but when the it is received, the TAB does not work and it is all over the place. Am I thick but any ideas would help. Cheers. |

| 1150163 | 2010-11-03 23:51:00 | Try using the auto text entry in word set up your sig then hi light hold down ALT then F3 give the auto text entry a 3 or 4 letter name then save. Every time you type those 3 or 4 letters then hit ENTER. Works in Word & Outlook use diffrent sign offs for different emails, you can even add a graphic or logo. hope this helps Cheers Wayne |
