| 1150752 | 2010-11-06 21:58:00 | Hi, I have a friend who is using laptop win XP home. The homepage comes up normal but when she goes onto any other site the web pages don't fit properly and she has to scroll across to view all the content. Is it a resolution problem? LL |

| 1150753 | 2010-11-06 22:07:00 | What browser is she using ?? Sounds a bit weird if the homepage loads OK and others don't ... if it was resolution it should affect the homepage as well. If she has a scroll mouse, ask her to hold ctrl key down and use the scroll wheel to zoom in - out ... see if that works. Otherwise, it could be a setting in the browser .... but can't say unless we know the browser she's using. |

| 1150756 | 2010-11-06 22:24:00 | Sounds like a screen resolution thing to me (like she's got it set to 800x600 or similar, and her home page happens to fit that size, most websites default to 1024x768 or autosize to that or bigger). | feersumendjinn (64) | ||

Those were my first thoughts exactly, I may have to talk her through changing the resolution. She is only 13 but thinks she knows it all, except when something goes wrong. Thank you for the input guys. LL |

Shift Wheely = back/forward Thanks for that Mzee, yes we tried those, but in the end it turned out to be a Firefox update that caused it and a simple restart fixed it. LL |
