1150539 2010-11-06 10:00:00 So you don't know if they are pictures then. Or is it you can't see file extensions?

In Win7 Control Panel (viewed by category) > Appearance And Personalisation > Folder Options > Show Hidden Files And Folders > (untick) Hide extensions for known file types.

In Win7 Control Panel (viewed by icon) > Folder Options > View (tab) > (untick) Hide extensions for known file types.

Then tell us the full name of one of the files you burnt.

Fixed it for ya.

2,180 Files, 15 Folders from my pictures.

Another problem may be that the dvd player cant read the folders, just the jpeg files, so try copying just the files, not the folders.

1150540 2010-11-06 20:45:00 Where is vie by category in this pic?1898 Cicero (40)
1150541 2010-11-06 21:43:00 Top right (under the search box, where it says View By: Large Icons), but dont worry about that, the item you want (Folder Options) is on the third row, second to last item (on the page you've displayed). feersumendjinn (64)
1150542 2010-11-06 22:20:00 Another way ( and faster) to show all the extensions.

Double click on Computer - up top, click tools - if the listing is not there Highlighted (www.imagef1.net.nz) tap the Alt key and it will appear. From Tools - down to Folder options - under View tab - untick The check box highlighted (www.imagef1.net.nz) - arrowed. Click OK.

Now all your file extensions will show. To adjust the view of how the folder contents are displayed, (for the folder you are in) top right click the Drop Down Arrow (www.imagef1.net.nz) , move slider up / Down to your choice.

1150544 2010-11-06 23:23:00 OK. So does your DVD Player display JPGs within folders. My one won't.

So I just copied all the JPGs into one Folder then burnt the contents of the folder and not the folder itself onto a DVD.
