Very good tobacco plants around Motueka or there used to be. Good orchards as well for that matter. Just realised that there is no exported Kiwifruit grown north of the Bombay Hiills to my knowledge but apparently they can grow another plant in profusion. Not Grapes or Bannanas. :-) |

It was raining in Wgtn, traffic shock after the Sth Island. Our mattress got wet even though it was wrapped......yuk, sleeping on a wet mattress. Had pathetic offer on house which we will probably take so we can get our stuff up and find somewhere to rent, rather cramped in here with son and his family......... |

I hope the SIS and undercover police were taking photos and getting the rego numbers of protester vehicles Because when the mining starts these clowns will be the prime candidates to look for when mining equipment gets damaged when the mines open soon. could have created headlines if they were North of the Bombay Hills, but must be too much else going on like Assaults, Rapes etc. !!!!!! No thats Christchurch! Auckland ok for parking unlike the windy city. |

Thats OK - I would have had to tidy the workshop then :groan: and we cant have that. :D Bummer about the mattress, must have picked the day it turned nasty here, its been threatening to rain off and on some of the week. |

Agreed the central city area and South auckland are really bad and I dont go there and would like these places napalmed but other parts of Auckland are fine. Would you rather live in a 600 sq metre section in Stoke Nelson or in 5 acres in Oratia Auckland? |
