| 882202 | 2010-05-04 05:46:00 | My daughter runs a LPG car (without petrol backup) and she has to go driving down country in a few days. She's been looking for a list of gas stations that do automotive LPG but can't find one, and neither can I. Some time back I found an excellent list for Auckland only, so I'm quite surprised at the shortage of hits for places like Tauranga, Hamilton and Rotorua and places south. I thought that there'd be a centralised listing somewhere on the web. Any other LPG users out there? Incidentally, the ability to fill barbecue bottles does not mean they can do cars too, they can't as a rule, a dedicated vehicle pump is needed All assistance gratefully received. | 882207 | 2010-05-05 02:26:00 | Thanks to Sweep, my daughter sailed forth this afternoon with the locations of every automotive LPG source on the northern side of the black stump tucked in her glovebox, and she thanks you all for your assistance. It is peculiar how the web can steadfastly refuse to throw up something simple for one person yet another searcher finds it all. I know it is all in the search terms, and I have previously found a full set of LPG stations for Auckland, but try as I might, I couldn't find the right formula for this occasion, nor could I find the Auckland list again.
