I bought it, it's a laptop. HP, I did the driver update thing and it said there is nothing new available. I listen to the same songs on the ipod and they are fine, but on my computer (not just itunes) they are all really crappy and skip bits and stuff. |

I can now confirm that it is due to something lagging my computer, after a restart, I have not experienced it yet and I'm playing the same stuff. |

It doesnt have all this trial/crapware on it does it?? ie Nortons/symantec rubbish |

No, it was the first thing I did. And by NEW, it's a few months old, pretty new to me considering what I moved up from. |
