1153222 2010-11-16 00:50:00 How can this be done?
I have 2 AVI files, 4:3 same legnth, framerate, resolution size, etc, And i want to put them together so that they play side by side in one widescreen file.
How can I do this? I've heard you can do this with scripting (forum.doom9.org) but I don't know anything about scripting, is there an easier way?

1153223 2010-11-16 01:08:00 Hmm...virtualdub is pretty powerful but I don't know if it can do that. Might be worth looking into though? wratterus (105)
1153224 2010-11-16 01:13:00 I reckon the best way would be to upload them to youtube then use youtubedoubler.com to play them next to each other and just record it while it's playing using fraps or something. Easy and you won't lose any quality. roddy_boy (4115)
1153225 2010-11-16 02:43:00 Thanks guys, i had tried virtualdub but it doesnt do it. That's a great idea roddy
but sony vegas pro 10 did it nicely. It's only a 30 day trial but it's the best video editing program I've ever used. I would recommend it to anyone willing to pay a thousand dollars for video editing software:eek:

1153229 2010-11-16 06:54:00 why don't you set your clock back on the computer?

i'm pretty sure that would fool it into thinking the 30 days is not up.
