884953 2010-05-14 22:50:00 It has been our experience that if you want surgery, you go private. Effectively, that means that you pay twice but at least you are assured of having it done.

Unfortunately it is too late for that (to go private) for this unfortunate girl. That's the way the system (doesn't) work.
