I'll probably live (briefly) to regret posting this, but it seems to me that women are the masters (mistresses?) of the 'silent but deadly' fart. Mrs T can strip the paint off the bedroom ceiling without making a sound, and it has been known on occasion to literally drive me out of the bed, which she thinks is hilariously funny. On the other hand, I only have to make the slightest sound and I'm accused of gassing her, and of course all her farts are odourless!
