| 1454639 | 2018-10-26 02:29:00 | I have had Spark, Xnet, Ihug, Orcon, Vodafone, among others. Sadly he small independent ones are now gone, bought by the big 3. For speed of getting things done - Spark. For price - Voyager. For performance, well if fibre - all of them. Spark has the Manila helpdesk, which are useless, however if you get them to escalate it (Via chat or compliant form online) the NZ staff are onto it, helpful and will compensate you if any issues. Voyagers helpdesk is crap, round in circles, not understanding the question or even info on their own helpdesk and take ages. (Every single time I used it and my brother used it) However voyagermonkey on geekzone is onto it and will sort issues f you contact them via him. So that makes up for it. In my experience the absolute worst helpdesk of the lot was Vodafone. Son has gone with them partly to bundle cellphone and $10 off Sky and the swap went smoothly. However, should there be an issue later...well his choice. Had no recent experience with Slingshot but online reviews show they seem to have a lot better helpdesk now than they used to. |
