1455647 2018-11-17 06:50:00 PJ - have you got your login sorted? To summarize the replies - forget about Xtra, go to Gmail and register for email, keep a note of your new email address and password.
If you wish - set that address and password into Microsoft Outlook Mail if you have a genuine version.
You don't have to use Outlook - you can simply login to Gmail and check your email which will be stored for you online in the Gmail cellar.
Post again with any more questions. Cheers!

True if you wish to use webmail.
Or use Outlook or Thunderbird or any of the other email programs around, to download and store emails on your pc or device you use.

1455649 2018-11-17 07:37:00 Set up an email address with outlook.com, eg poppajohn@outlook.com.

You say you have MS Office 365, so you should have the Microsoft email program called Outlook as part of this suite.

To access your email you can use the Outlook program, or you can just use webmail through your web browser, eg Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.

1455650 2018-11-19 21:35:00 Hi. I have capitulated to xtra & am going to pay the $6 (5;96) per month.Or $3 per fortnightly pocket money.I think I understand what you are telling me but don't trust my impaired ability to do it. $6 a month isnt much if youre working.

Thanks for all the advice you have offered. PJ
