1455500 2018-11-11 23:17:00 I've got 3 Canon PIXMA Printers that Print and Scan fine on Mint 18 including Wireless. Theres a good boy - :p Send piroska your drivers.

While that was thought of as a joke to start - it "may" actually work.

I wouldn’t know where to look for them Wainui.

I just powered the printers up and they worked. :)

Wonder if this is any help?

1455504 2018-11-22 23:14:00 As yet I cannot even get my new Canon Laser to work with my Linux Mint - ANY Linux distro, actually.

I just convert to PDF, export and send it to my Android tablet and since it can run the Canon printer, that's from where I do it.

Kinda the long way around, but it comes out nicely that way, I am using a Wireless connex... oh.... and be sure to use the Canon Commercial software on Android from the Play Store.
