We found that with them "losing notes", no-one listened.

I can remrmbr when hospitals were run by doctors for patients Were we better off then both in terms of treatment & hospital finances.? the govt of the day, I think, decided that hospitals be run by accountants to manage the finance we were given per year. Yeah right. hospitals still end up in debt each financial year. Yes I admit that some of the problem is ageing, like me, but not all of it.
