| 1455808 | 2018-11-20 22:56:00 | Hi,I have a Toshiba L500 laptop 32bit Windows 10 on which my wife has always used a usb mouse. When I remove it and try to use the touchpad it doesn't work.Have tried the FN F9 button. It's says it's working in device manager and in mouse properties all seems to be correct. Any suggestions please. |

Had laptops that the FN + F9 ( in this case F5 in others) wouldn't work, either the space bar, Windows key Or CTRL key + F9 did. Could also be a driver Problem, you may need to reinstall the Touchpad drivers, go to the Toshiba site, locate the model and download/install, or manually run windows update to see if it picks up any newer versions. |
