1487281 2022-07-08 01:33:00 Hi All,

I am having a few a few disconnection issues with my remote desktop server running server 2019, I have done my research and have followed online guides on GPOs setting to disable, and the registry keys to disable remote fx.

The disconnections happen for no resason, there is only me on the server at the moment, and it is well spec'd I really cannot figure out how to fix it this, and my IT consultant said to research it.

Does anyone have experience in fixing it, as its preventing me from putting this server into production.
linked here is the screenshot of the error (i.im.ge)

1487286 2022-07-08 07:27:00 The reason for asking about VMWare is some other forums someone else had the same problem, exact same error codes, it was resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in VMWare. wainuitech (129)

Host server is an HP Roliant DL 380 G7 - so a bit old. Its currently running ESXi 6.5 build 5310538
Happy to disable acceleration but not sure how.

I read that along my travels this week. We dont use Symantec, we use Bitdefender GravityZone, which isnt installed yet. - I wanted to sort this out first.

Happy to disable acceleration but not sure how. Personally not to sure either :) Just read that someone had the same problem and they disabled hardware acceleration in VMWare and it solved the problem.

Personally I don't use VMWare (not for years) I prefer the inbuilt Hyper-V.
