1153966 2010-11-18 23:29:00 I don't think it's on PIO anymore, as the sound is not lagging at all.

All i gotta do now is get my start up faster again, and to probably get a new video card.

My computer seems to be running good off my onboard.

1153967 2010-11-18 23:32:00 Look under IDE ATA / Atapi controllers and see if both are on DMA. Dont guess Speedy Gonzales (78)
1153968 2010-11-18 23:34:00 There is no sign of PIO. goodiesguy (15316)
1153969 2010-11-18 23:39:00 Thats a good sign then. At least we got rid of 1 prob.If the onboard works OK it does sound like the ATI is stuffed or its drivers are Speedy Gonzales (78)
1153970 2010-11-19 00:33:00 You got an 80 cable on your HDD? or just a 40? jareemon (5207)
