| 888246 | 2010-05-26 08:30:00 | I heard from an expert that whiskey should have a small dash of water to bring the full flavour out. I admit that I have been guilty of putting ice cubes in straight whiskey. Hasten to add though that the cubes don't get time to melt fully for some reason. :blush: |

Otherwise, rolling it up the driveway is aging enough. I will try to insist that I get the same barrel each time, and I will let you know if the 3rd barrel tastes better than the first time. Remind me next Thursday week ;) |
