| 1155307 | 2010-11-22 05:25:00 | I have recently built a computer and I installed Ubuntu 10.10 on it. When ever I boot The system refuses to connect to the WiFi connection i have set up. I just get taken back to the Authentication required step. I am 100% sure the password is correct. If I do not get this solved I will have to downgrade to 10.04. I have done some research and found the kernel is at fault. Is there any way to fix it without downgrading? Thanks in advanced:help: |

Is there any way to fix it without downgrading?If it was working on an older version then yes - almost certainly. More information is required however. |

| 1155310 | 2010-11-22 11:17:00 | Do you mean that it is asking for a password every time you reload, in order to access your keychain so that it can make the wifi connection, it is because the tick in ´Available to all users' is missing. Edit the connection to include the tick, it all works fine on mine. HTH |
