| 1156774 | 2010-11-26 21:19:00 | There are a variety of programs (3d2f.com) that will send an email to the owner of a stolen laptop, giving information that can be used to trace the laptop. Which program is the best? Adeona (http://adeona.cs.washington.edu/)looks good but it does not work on Win7 and only snaps a photo (of the thief) with Mac laptops. Thanks for your help. |

Anyhow, I guess no one on PF1 is using such software and cannot recommend one to use. inphinity - there are a lot of stupid people around, especially thieves; I doubt if they would know how to format a computer or even know what the word means. |
