| 1157741 | 2010-12-01 06:15:00 | Just received a Seagate 1TB HDD with a broken SATA>USB board, the mini USB-A connector has fallen off the drives board. The mini port was lost long ago so I was just going to solder a new USB connector onto the board, the guy who sent it to me is happy to buy a new enclosure but I thought I might as well give the re solder job a go. All I need to know is what a wiring schematic for mini-A > USB Standard-A is. mini A has 5 pins and the standard USB only has 4. Cheers! |
