| 1157717 | 2010-12-01 03:19:00 | Dell Dimension 3100 plugged in USB mouse & keyboard (cant take ps2) keyboard will work in bios but neither mouse nor keyboard will work on a normal or safe mode boot. Have pulled the cmos battery - no change have recheck bios - usb recognition is on any suggestions on how to get the computer to recognize the mouse &/or keyboard? |
