I install windows, disable all the startup crap, install winamp and firefox. And everything else as I need it

I have all the tweaked bits, various tools and utilities as well as the usual collection of apps that I make an image of C: so if need be, I don't have to re-do anything, just restore the image.
Fun is swapping out hardware........
