Looks like an update came out the other day, and borked 64 bit. If you install the update, you'll crash. And wont be able to boot into normal windows or safe mode. As it says here (forums.avg.com) and here (forums.avg.com) |

Just been reading some of the posts on those forums and it certainly sounds like bad news. Someone at AVG will be getting hauled over the coals for this. It has affected both free and paid AVG users. It's real sad when the solution to virus attacks becomes the problem.
I'm glad I use Linux ;) |
