1158513 2010-12-03 20:18:00 Hi Guys.
Once again, I've stuffed up.ell in the end it had got so bad I had to do a format recover of my XP Home.
Well in doing so I have lost my wireless and sound card. Everything else is good.
Since last night I have been search and downloading driver after driver and NOTHING is working.
Please help me?
Ian

1158515 2010-12-03 20:40:00 Can you please advise what hardware you require drivers for.
Install AIDA/Everest (www.lavalys.com) or Belarc Advisor (www.belarc.com), both of these should give exact details of your hardware, so that the correct drivers may be found

Also, laptop model and manufacturer are required too please :)

1158517 2010-12-03 21:47:00 Dont download ANY driver. You go to the maker's site. Looks like it HAD a recovery partition on it. You should have created a recovery cd/dvd

Does it have a letter after it?? It looks like the Z8100 is a series not the model of this notebook. Which includes, the Z81D, G, K, L, S, SP, Ka.

Links are here (look alongside Z8100) (support.asus.com)
