| 1158646 | 2010-12-04 04:27:00 | I currently have a 8600GT, which does the job but I've just started playing CoD - Black Ops and gameplay is jerky on anything more than 1024x768. I suspect it's the video card holding things back. There are 3 cards I'm looking at... EAH4850/HTDI/1G ( www.asus.com) ENGTS450 DirectCU TOP/DI/1GD5 ( www.asus.com) ENGTS450 DirectCU/DI/1GD5 (www.asus.com) I'm leaning towards the ENGTS450 DirectCU TOP/DI/1GD5. Any opinions on this please? Budget is about NZ$250 Thanks, |

| 1158648 | 2010-12-04 04:56:00 | The NV GTX450 is current generation where the ATI 4850 is 2 generations old!....No brainer really! | SolMiester (139) | ||

Total BS, 95% of driver issues are with Crossfire, nVidia's SLI implementation is superiour but for single card setups "driver issues" should not be the deciding factor. ATI has made massive improvements in crossfire in the last 6 months. |
