Felony menacing and criminal mischief charges will be dropped as part of the plea deal, and during Sheen's jail term, the actor will be released during the day to work at a local theater company, according to the attorney Isn't that nice! He gets to play at acting during the day and then just beds down in the slammer overnight. :clap I wonder if he gets satin sheets. Oh - and room service and a wake-up call? |

| 1107757 | 2010-06-08 10:43:00 | That's exactly the same the sentence they gave Bing Crosby in 1931 for being drunk and disorderly and drunk driving when he was with the Paul Whiteman Orchestra in Hollywood filming The King of Jazz. On stage and living it up during the day, back to the slammer to sleep at night. | Terry Porritt (14) | ||
