1160268 2010-12-09 21:09:00 Hi, ive just replace my cpu and on start up the screen is just blank and it says that it is not receiving a signal my motherboard is a GA-MA69GM-S2H (rev. 1.0) and the cpu i just put in it is a AMD ATHLON II X2 Dual Core 260 CPU, 3.2 GHz (65W), 2MB Cache, Sockets AM3/AM2+/AM2* so after many hours of trying to get it going i gave up and put the old cpu back in and started it up and it went fine so i put the new one in and the screen is blank again, i have the F3a BIOS update. any help would be much appreciated.

1160269 2010-12-09 21:14:00 Did you plug the required power connectors in? I beleive for that board it is a 4-pin connected between the CPU scoket and the rear I/O panel. Additionally, the Gigabyte site says you require the F7E BIOS revision to support that CPU on that board. inphinity (7274)
