| 1110685 | 2010-06-19 05:07:00 | I thought this story was to have a happy ending but not so. I ordered two boxes of the hangers and they arrived within 36 hours of me placing the order. Very good service. Delighted we assembled them and got them into use. I noticed the main beam tended to distort but as it is normally in the dropped down mode no real problem - but 10 minutes after putting some up in the wardrobe I heard a "bump" - yes the hook had opened out and dropped the darn thing. I quickly checked the others to find all were opening up even when no real heavy items were on them. My old versions in use for several years showed no problems at all. It sadly obvious these new ones are useless. But I have only used Trademe once before and now I cannot find what to do - even providing a negative feedback - blowed if I can see how its done. I would like to approach the seller direct - I'm sure its not his intention to sell duff stuff - but how ? It's not a lot of money but I would appreciate advice at this point - hate paying for stuff that don't work. Tom |
