We use email for this at work, email client always open. just create new email and forward message to relevant person. a over kill I know but it works. Message has been written down and sent to the right person straight away |

Well yeah, Ctrl + N for a new message (Most clients) is easy, and when you've got an Android phone and you use the voice command "Note to self - XX YY ZZ" then it just converts it to text and emails it to yourself. Good point! |
