So my neighbors just asked me to come over because they are having problems with a digital photo frame. I went over to have a look, and when they copy files from the SD card to the computer, and then onto the USB drive to play them, it says file not supported. Ok, so I checked the file sizes, dimensions, names, extensions, I tried saving as different extensions, renaming, resizing, and even tried using a different camera, but still no luck. Ok so there's two weird issues with this. 1) Every now and then one of the files would show up, but only 1. 2) If we try with their windows XP, it works perfectly fine. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong here? It was a Panasonic Lumix Camera, 8GB Flash Drive, JC Matthews photoframe, and standard windows 7 OS, just copy and paste. |
