| 1110123 | 2010-06-14 07:57:00 | Which banks do you use? and a usual hypothetical question from me as always........... when one is looking for a morgage........ there is often a vast difference in what banks will lend you ? is this correct....? what items do they base these assumptiions on? wages, and debt? any thing else? wondering if in the future should i widen my banking options a little more, and try different banks for my next morgage.............and no i havent sold my house, still in renovators mode big time......... the energy levels fluctuate vastly as well so .......so does the amount of renovating.:p beetle:) |

The brother inlaw just went for an addition on his house. tried several banks and institutions, one thing they all looked at, is his job history - Meaning if he was out of work and for how long, something to do with a steady employment. He was out of work for 9 weeks approx last year, they all used that as an excuse not to loan the $$. |
