So if you exceeded your 25GB and were reduced to 64Kbps (I assume this is the speed they would go to) - is the off-peak then still full speed or does it get reduced as well?

I guess it gets reduced as well, but not 100% on that. If I do use more, son will pay extra for GBs to keep speed on. :banana
