To clarify uber, it would cost me $5 a month for infinite data?? if thats true ill buy 2!! or 3!! become my own ISP or something

Sort of. Look at it like you were an ISP. You've still got servers to run, lines to maintain, backhaul, et cetera. Also that $5 is wholesale. You'd probably have to have at least 5,000 customers on that plan to get anywhere near that price point.

It's a somewhat small cost in a large budget.
