| 1162814 | 2010-12-17 08:37:00 | I have a situation 300sq metre home two story, wirless internet working in down stairs room where Thomson TG585v8 ADSL2+ Multi-User Gateway is located. 3 phone points in house modem not showing broadband led when plugged in upstairs and not enough signal upstairs. I was thinking i need to install two AP's the one up stairs config as a repeater or a externial aerial located up a level connected to the Thomson down stairs. Note block walls so cableing may need to run up on outside wall and is most likey cause of weak signal upstairs Any other sugestions please. Cheers Wayne |
