Anyone tried to do this before? Know of tools that actually work for this (not theoretical tools that should work, ones that do).
Have had a look online and there a few tools suggested, I am just wondering if anyone has practical knowledge with any of them. |

From what I've seen IM is it's own thing. Best put in a dustbin and forgotten. Never tried to do it that way round though....... |

I did manage this some years ago with some difficulty. Can't remember how I did it though. |

It's a pain in the arse. Hate incredimail with a passion. Pretty sure there is software that can do it, but I don't think it's free. What I have done is left IM installed but removed the account, any vital emails save as .eml and drag and drop into Outlook, the rest they can open up IM and grab if they need. Contacts are easy to export as a .csv file. |
