1114311 2010-06-29 04:25:00 AFAIK their VoIP is wholesale (whitelabel?) with 2talk and their ADSL is wholesale (Reverse DNS points to cust.kci.net.nz?), but I could be mistaken.

Support (When answered) is generally very good in my limited experience, very friendly bunch, and they have definitely been looking after their customers (One of whom I support).

Isn't KOL owned by Orcon? I think it's part of their (Orcon's) marketing plan and meets their objectives to have a low budget subsidiary under the umbrella of a major ISP, without the overheads of offering credit facilities such as payment in arrears etc. I have introduced several older people to KOL. It suits them down to the ground and they've had no complaints. :thumbs:
