If Prefect was honest he'd admit that the success or otherwise of a company like his depends more on the competence of the management than the workers. I don't know what experiences you get your attitude from. |

As to the other a company depends equally on the competency of managers and workers as one without the other doesn't make a company. |

No, he wasn't the greatest employee on the planet, but he seems to have run into some people who are somewhat worse, and his employee rights under NZ law may have bee breached.
